Area 80 is located in the center of Albuquerque. The Area boundaries are defined as east of the Rio Grande River, south of Interstate 40, west of Interstate 25 and north of Cesar Chavez Blvd. The City of Albuquerque reports that there are 11 Neighborhood Associations here.
